Rob Fielder
Managing Director of Care
Robert has over 35 years experience working in adult social care and heads our Carlauren Care business. An experienced care professional, Robert has held senior management positions in both the elderly and learning disability sectors and has worked for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an inspector of care homes, supported living environments and day care services. 
Kelly Mitchell
Director of Care
Kelly is the Director of Care for Carlauren Care and responsible for delivery of outstanding levels of care, community engagement, recruitment and training. She has many years’ experience in a variety of Registered Manager, Nominated Individual and other senior adult and elderly care roles in residential, domiciliary and dementia homes across the south-west, for large providers such as Park House Care (UK), as well as experience as an NVQ Health & Social Care Assessor/Trainer. 
Jemma Griffiths
Registered Home Manager
Jemma has been working in the care sector since 2004 and has seen her career develop from starting as a care assistant to be becoming a Regional Manager to one of our competitors. Jemma was employed by Carlauren Care, so we could utilise her skill set and use her experience to take overall management responsibility for our portfolio of care homes. We know that with Jemma's skills and experience our residents are in the best place and receive exceptional care.
