At Latimer Lodge, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that everyone is unique and we’ll work closely with you, and your loved ones, to help you choose how your care is provided.
Often, it’s the little details that make a big difference, so we’ll always strive to understand what’s important to you so that our care can be centred around you as an unique individual.
From your first visit to us to settling in to your new home, our dedicated care staff will be there to help and support you.
Our carers have been recruited and trained to deliver the highest standards of care - and have also been chosen for their personal warmth and desire to help others. They’ll always have the time for a chat over a cup of tea or to help out on an errand.
They will always be on hand to assist you with the small, important things such as making your bed, laundering your clothes, watering plants and cleaning your studio - as well as the more personal care you may require.
It’s their job to ensure you continue to enjoy maximum independence with the comfort of knowing that they will always be at hand to give help and assistance, 24 hours a day.
All our carers are given comprehensive and ongoing induction and training to ensure we deliver a premium quality of care every day. Our home managers are always senior professionals with many years’ experience of managing outstanding care facilities.
Our aim will always be to support you to live a full and active life at Latimer Lodge and to maintain links with family, friends and the local community.
Friends and family are welcome to visit you at any time, and to accompany you at meal times, and during activities and outings.
